Thai Tea Salted Egg

Everyone here knows the colour before they know the name. Orange, in a plastic bag, with too much ice.

We put it in a cookie. Thai tea through the dough, a salted egg custard centre, white chocolate running through it.

Sweet and savoury at the same time, the way the original always was.

Ready to eat straight from the pack. To warm, 3 minutes at 175°C.
