OUR STORY
From Cookie Obsession to Evercrumb: A Story Built on Precision
Discover how four years of testing, global ingredients, and Palmy's engineering mindset shaped Evercrumb.
It Started in a Bakery
My grandmother ran a bakery. I spent a lot of my childhood in it, watching her work.
I did not think of it as training at the time. It was just where I was. But something stayed with me.
Years later I went back to it properly. I studied baking formally and earned my certification, because I wanted to understand the craft rather than follow someone else's recipe.
Founder Introduction
I used to think it was just a cookie. How hard could it be.
Then I started making them. That is when I realized something. Making a cookie is easy. Making one that is genuinely delicious is incredibly difficult.
Formal training taught me the craft. My engineering background taught me the rest. I did not approach baking as an art alone. I approached it as a system. Every recipe was tested. Every process was refined. Every detail was challenged. Consistency is not luck. It is engineered.
The New York Cookie Obsession
New York style cookies became our benchmark. Not because we wanted to copy them, but because they represent one of the highest standards of cookie craftsmanship in the world.
Our goal was simple. Create a cookie that could stand alongside the very best, while giving people in Thailand an experience they had never had before.
For four years, we refined our recipes through thousands of real customer experiences. We listened. We improved. We baked again.
Every Recipe, Built From Scratch
Most bakeries build one base recipe and change what goes on top. We work the other way around.
Almost every Evercrumb cookie is developed on its own terms. Different ratios. Different textures. Different ingredients, tested until that specific flavour worked on its own merits.
It takes far longer. It is also why our range tastes like a collection of signatures rather than one cookie wearing different clothes.

Ingredient Sourcing
New York style cookies became our benchmark. Not because we wanted to copy them, but because they represent one of the highest standards of cookie craftsmanship in the world.
Our goal was simple. Create a cookie that could stand alongside the very best, while giving people in Thailand an experience they had never had before.
Every Evercrumb cookie starts with ingredients chosen with purpose. Our butter and flour come from France. Our chocolate comes from Belgium, and our vanilla comes from Madagascar.
We also use selected Thai ingredients, including mango for fillings, coconut flakes, cashew nuts from southern Thailand, and Foi Thong, traditional Thai golden egg yolk threads made with egg yolk and palm sugar.
We do not share our full recipe or every sourcing detail. We choose each ingredient because it meets the standard we hold ourselves to.
For four years, we refined our recipes through thousands of real customer experiences. We listened. We improved. We baked again.
Worth Every Crumb
Every detail matters, from the first ingredient to the last bite. That is the idea behind our name. Evercrumb was built to create cookies worth remembering.
