Most people have been let down by a cookie. Not on the first day. On the second.
It was worth the queue on Monday. By Tuesday it had gone quiet. Drier, flatter, not the thing you remembered buying.
That is usually a question of when it was baked, not how.
We bake every morning. Your order comes from that day's batch, or at most the day before. Never more than 24 hours old when it leaves us.
What happens after that is what this page is for.
Nothing to Prepare
Open the pack and eat. That is the whole instruction.
If you want the centre soft and the edges crisp, three minutes at 175°C will get you there. Worth doing when you have the time.
It is not required. A cookie straight from the pack is not a lesser version.
Keeping Them
However long you need them to last.

Arriving By Delivery
Cookies travelling outside Bangkok ship in temperature-controlled packaging. When they arrive, treat them like any other box: eat them, or use the table above.
Common Questions
Do I need to reheat them? No. They are ready to eat from the pack. Warming is optional.
Can I freeze them? Yes, up to 6 months. Defrost for 1 to 2 hours before eating.
Can I microwave them instead of using an oven? We recommend the oven. A microwave softens the whole cookie, so you lose the crisp edge that makes the difference.
How fresh will my order be? From that morning's batch, or at most the day before. Never more than 24 hours old on despatch.
They arrived cold. Is that normal? Yes, for anything shipped outside Bangkok. Temperature-controlled delivery is what keeps them in condition on the way to you.
