Chocolate Chip Walnut

Most people have a version of this cookie somewhere in their memory. Warm, usually. Made by someone else. Better than it had any right to be.

This is our attempt to get back there. Dark chocolate chunks and toasted walnuts through a soft, buttery dough, with a centre that stays molten.

It took four years to get right. No twist, no reinvention. Just the one worth remembering.

Ready to eat straight from the pack. To warm, 3 minutes at 175°C.
