How do I order?

Do you deliver outside Bangkok?
Yes, nationwide, with temperature-controlled delivery.
How fast is delivery in Bangkok?
Usually same day, if you order before 12pm.
Who pays for shipping?
You do, and the cost is shown at checkout before you pay. Shipping fees depends on total weight and distance.
Do you cater for special events?
Yes. Birthdays, corporate events, and other occasions. Every event is different, so we quote individually. Tell us what you have in mind through our Contact page →
Freshness & Storage
How long do Evercrumb cookies stay fresh?
Up to 5 days at room temperature in an airtight container, 14 days in the refrigerator, or 6 months in the freezer.
Do I need to reheat them?
No. They are ready to eat straight from the pack. If you want a gooey centre and crisp edges, warm at 175°C for 3 minutes.
Can I freeze them?
Yes, in an airtight container. Defrost for 1 to 2 hours before eating.
Are the cookies baked to order?
We bake a fresh batch every day. Your order comes from that day's batch, or at most the day before. Never more than 24 hours old when it leaves us.

What ingredients do you use?
It depends on the cookie. Full ingredients and allergens are listed on each product page.
What allergens should I know about?
All our cookies contain wheat, dairy and eggs. Some contain nuts, depending on the flavour.
Do you offer vegan, gluten-free, or dairy-free options?
Not at this time.

Do you offer wholesale pricing?

What are your wholesale payment terms?
100% prepaid, plus shipping. No credit terms at this time.
How quickly will you respond to a wholesale enquiry?
Within 1 business day. Enquiries sent outside business hours get an automatic confirmation and a full reply the next working day.
