Minimum Order and Pricing
Our wholesale minimum starts at 50 cookies. Prices vary by flavor, so each tier shows a range. Your exact price is confirmed in your quotation. Quotations are valid for 14 days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to change. Please refer to our Terms of Service.

Shipping Fees
Shipping is calculated separately from the cookie order. The final charge depends on destination, parcel dimensions, chargeable weight, temperature service, and carrier availability.
The table below is a planning guide based on the carriers' currently published rate cards. NIM prices are standard parcel references. Inter prices are temperature-controlled Inter Cool references.

All wholesale orders ship temperature controlled. Bangkok Metropolitan covers Bangkok, Nonthaburi, Pathum Thani, Samut Prakan, Samut Sakhon and Nakhon Pathom. Prices above are estimates, not fixed fees. Final cost depends on destination, chargeable weight, dimensions and service level. Deliveries to Yala, Pattani, Narathiwat, Mae Hong Son and island destinations carry an additional charge. Larger orders may ship across multiple boxes and are quoted individually. You will receive an exact shipping cost with your quotation.

Yes. We deliver nationwide, with temperature controlled shipping outside Bangkok to protect the cookies in transit.

Shipping is charged separately and depends on weight and destination. The table above is a rough guide. We confirm the exact amount in your quotation once you share your deliveryaddress.
Can I order a mix of flavours?
Yes. Available flavours depend on production schedule and order size. We confirm your final selection in your quotation.
How quickly will you respond?
Within one business day. If you contact us outside business hours, you will receive an automatic confirmation and a full reply on the next working day.
What if there is a problem with my order?
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and we will make it right. Because our cookies are fresh and perishable, we cannot accept returns, but we will always resolve genuine quality issues.
