Red Velvet Cream Cheese

Red velvet usually promises more than it delivers. Colour, mostly, and not much underneath it.

We wrapped ours around a cream cheese centre instead. Soft red velvet dough with white chocolate, and a middle that stays cool and tangy against the warm cookie.

Not too sweet. The cream cheese does the work.

Ready to eat straight from the pack. To warm, 3 minutes at 175°C.
