Black Forest

Black Forest was always the grown-up dessert. The one at the far end of the table you were allowed one bite of.

We rebuilt it as a cookie. Dark cocoa dough with cherries and chocolate chunks folded through.

Rich chocolate against sharp fruit. The cherries are what stop it getting heavy.

Ready to eat straight from the pack. To warm, 3 minutes at 175°C.
