Pecan Maple Glaze

There is a moment at the end of breakfast when the last of the syrup pools on the plate and nobody admits to wanting it.

We built a cookie around that. Toasted pecans through a soft, buttery dough, finished with a maple glaze that sets just enough to crackle when you break it.

Sweet, but not sharp. The maple carries it and the pecans keep it grounded.

Ready to eat straight from the pack. To warm, 3 minutes at 175°C.
